Send me a quick email to get on our fresh farm food list.

Looking for truly local food?

It can be hard to tell if you are really buying local and supporting a small farmer who deeply cares about the environment.  When you purchase from Dunlap Farms, you know you are getting just that.  Our farm food is fresh, grown sustainably, packaged just for you, and full of more nutrients than storebought.

Located in Julian, NC, we have fresh farm food for customers in the surrounding areas in Guilford and Randolph counties.

Like in past decades, the food available here on the farm varies with the seasons.  Email and let us know you'd like to be part of our farm family!  I'll keep you in the loop with the week's farm goodness you can pick up directly from the farm.  Our chees, milk and eggs are also available through The Schoolhouse Life's local food club.

How We Grow...

Happy means healthy.  We believe treating our land and our animals with care lends to better garden yields, tastier eggs, sweeter milk, and a better way of life.

Eggs

Grocery store eggs can be a month old already.  Our ladies have spacious and clean living conditions, get spoiled with treats, and in return lay nutritious eggs for us!  These are in high demand, and I usually have a waiting list.

$6 per dozen

Goat Cheese

I make a delicious chevre.  It is a 24 hour process, but oh so well worth it!  My cheese is free of preservatives, and I have won over several "I'm not a goat cheese person" - including my husband!  This cheese is tasty on salads, omelets, stuffed in strawberries, mixed in grits... I could go on and on!

$10 / 5 oz. package

Goat Milk

Our goats are treated like queens, and we enjoy their rich, creamy milk as a result.  But what does goat milk taste like???  Like milk.  Our milk is full on good for your gut microbiome since it is not pasteurized.  *Please note that in NC, raw milk is only legal to sell for "pet use."  If you have any questions about it, I'd love to chat!

Please bring your own container or quart jar to trade.

$8 / Quart  or $12 / half gallon

Microgreens

Did you know microgreens contain 9X more nutrients than their adult counterparts?  I grow a lovely mix of tasty microgreens that are the perfect addition to your salad, taco night, or smoothie!

$5 per 2.5 ounce package

Sourdough Bread

This bread is a favorite and always gets eaten up quickly.  With no weird unpronounceable ingredients, it makes me feel good to feed this to my family.  This bread is easier on the gut than store-bought breads full of chemical preservatives.  It is made with organic flour, water, honey, salt and nothing else!

$8 per loaf

Tomatoes

A summertime staple, homegrown tomatoes are always good to eat.  Full of vitamin C, our tomatoes are grown organically.

$2 each

Lettuce

Garden Lettuce Mix

Fresh and crisp, our salad mix is healthy and delightful!
